About

Welcome, I’m Matt!

I was a transformational corporate leader for a decade before changing my life and relationships using the same tools I share with you now. I’ve spent the last 5 years living authentic joy and intimacy by rebalancing ambition with meaningful connection.

Because of my management experience, I'm a natural get-in-there mediator for people in conflict with themselves or others. Openly LGBTQIA+, I’ve also experienced and treated a spectrum of sex, gender, and attachment configurations. This makes me great at helping men discover their emotional sides, women step into their power, and all people navigating between or outside these traditional norms and lines.

I promise to be insightful and supportive, but growth can hurt before it feels better. If reading this still excites you, then we're onto something already.

Methodology & Style

I’m an active and investigative therapist who balances safety with doable challenges. If you’ve felt bored discussing your week in past therapies, your protective systems probably outmaneuvered your therapist. I will not let that happen to you.

I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-Informed Therapist, trained by the Internal Family Systems Institute. Though I integrate other modalities (psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, DBT), I favor IFS as a compassionate and empowering methodology that ensures your whole self gets seen. I also study Intimacy From the Inside Out, the relationship application of IFS.
