Looking? for Connection
Gay Men’s Process Groups
Virtual & In-Person
Are you 21+, gay, and male-identified looking to deepen your relationships and explore your identity in a safe, supportive space? Do you ever feel disconnected from intimacy—whether physical, emotional, or sexual? You’re not alone.
Our weekly Gay Men’s Processing Group provides a space to connect with others who understand these challenges. Together, we’ll explore topics like:
• Building trust in relationships
• Overcoming shame and embracing authenticity
• Navigating boundaries in intimacy
• Exploring monogamy, non-monogamy, and everything in between
• Healing from relational trauma and coming out experiences
• Understanding attachment styles and how they impact relationships
Groups can seem intimidating, but they are a rewarding and affordable way of getting real-time therapist support with how you relate to yourself and others. Take the step to feel more seen, understood, and connected. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone—join us and start building a more fulfilling, authentic life.
Groups meet Tuesday and Wednesday, 5:30-7pm.
Enrollment open for a limited time only. Book a free consultation today!
